With supporting modifications, targets of 250+ whp and 300+ hp (crank) are within reach.
The N52 holds a unique distinction as the one of the only production gasoline engine to operate without a traditional throttle body. The Velocity Stacks leverage the factory Valvetronic system to replicate the performance characteristics of individual throttle bodies, using entirely stock hardware.
Design & Construction
Engineered with both performance and serviceability in mind:
∙ The Split runner design divided in sets of two, with bolt hole placement carefully considered for straightforward installation and removal
∙ Blank MAP port included for configurations where it is not required
∙ Threaded heat inserts on all hardware points for long term durability through repeated installation cycles
∙ Printed in PAHT-CF (High Temperature Carbon Fiber Nylon) — offering exceptional strength and heat resistance superior to most consumer-grade printing materials

Now in collaboration with 22RPD for a dedicated tune developed specifically around this manifold, ensuring seamless integration and optimized results.
Technical Notes
∙ Air filtration - The filter cover bolts from the rear of the manifold via M5 screws. Filtration uses a metal internal mesh for structural rigidity, paired with two layers of foam filter media. Compatible with the K&N 100-8576PK for those running open-air or upgrading their setup.
∙ Fuel vapor port is built into cylinder 4 via a printed 9mm barb fitting, designed for a standard 3/8” hose. Do not over tighten, will need to remove plastic hard line and adapt.
∙ Intake manifold gaskets and metal dowels are not included. These metal dowels are required to prevent gasket creep and manifold compression damage.
∙ Air filter ships dry, oiling and ongoing maintenance is the responsibility of the customer with replacement available if needed as a separate purchase
∙ RWD tuning is generally more straightforward than xDrive; plan accordingly

∙ A healthy, well-maintained engine — no unresolved O2, VANOS, Valvetronic, or other fault codes/CEL
∙ Metal alignment dowels from any N52 intake manifold (OEM, 3IM, or N54)
