BMW N52: N54 Manifold PCV Heater DIY Hardware w Hoses | BMS54

This PrintablesAuto full DIY hardware kit including 3D printed PCV Heater washer and spacers, screws and hoses. Alternatively, there is a Bolt on Adapter option available. From the manifold swap tutorial:

For the ease of searching and sourcing of the necessary hardware, this includes most of the little accessories the get the N54 manifold adapted to the N52 engine. 

• If you are running a magnesium cover, you will have to run a N54 catch can system.
• If you are running a plastic valve cover, you can run direct from back of valve cover directly into the PCV heater, you also can run catch can as well but is not required.

This total kit will include:

• x2 PrintablesAuto PCV Heater Spacers (PHS52) (Hillman 880446 equivalent)
• x2 PrintablesAuto PCV Heater Washers (PHW52)
• X4 8-32 machine screws (3/4 length) (Hillman 126944 equivalent)
• x5 8-32 lock nuts (Hillman 126895 equivalent) (5th nut for the bolt in back, use a nut the space it up, see last pics)
• x4 8-32 washers (optional) (Hillman 126875 equivalent)
• x4 3/4 hose clamps for PCV hose
• 5 feet of 3/4 Fuel/PCV Hose
• x1 3/16 vacuum cap to block off the vacuum port

What’s not included:

N54 Manifold Dowels, N54 Style Catch Can, Intake Manifold, Throttle Body, Air Intake Hose(s)
