Refund & Exchange Policy

At Printables Auto, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printed parts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and exchange policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • All accessories and hardware are included
  • Item has not been modified or altered in any way

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization (RMA) and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Important: Do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective and Exchanges: We cover shipping for the replacement item if the original was defective; customer pays return shipping for preference-based exchanges
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item was defective or incorrect)
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  • Follow the return process above and indicate you want an exchange
  • We will ship the replacement item once we receive and approve your return
  • If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund accordingly

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • We may require the defective item to be returned for inspection

8. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

9. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that are not due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect items). This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

10. Warranty Claims

Most of our products come with 2 year warranty. For warranty claims:

  • Contact us with your order number and description of the issue
  • We will coordinate a solution for your problem

11. International Orders

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and/or duties. Refunds will be issued in CAD and may be subject to currency conversion by your financial institution.
