N51 N52: N54 Intake Manifold Dowels Set | IMD52

These in house made intake manifold dowels / eccentric inserts are made by PrintablesAuto for a BMW N51/N52 and are made to allow the alignment of the N54 twin turbo intake manifold to the block of the N51/N52.

Printed now in Carbon Fiber Nylon (PAHT-CF) Being a pressed fit, preventing them from falling out of the manifold

Due to a bad batch, any effecting dowels will be replaced free of charge! Please contact!

1 order provides 7 dowels replacements. (2 extras) (center hole of manifold does not need one)

Customers looking to add a N54 Manifold can expect a higher peak in horsepower while sacrificing some low end torque in comparison to the stage 3 intake manifold*.

Recommended for manual transmissions (OR 325i or 330i automatics) as this allows you to gain some more peak power by tuning the redline to 7500rpm while the 328 automatic transmission will be limited to 7000rpm

For a N52 turbocharged or supercharged build, it is highly recommended for the N54 manifold for its design for boost and for the reliability of less moving parts (I.e. DISA valves)

Recent fitment improvements have been made for press in perfection! Recommend adding black RTV on the outside before installation to help prevent falling out on removal.
