Worried about your N52 3 Stage Intake Manifold Disa’s? Worried about a broken pin or coating your intake in oil? This solution kit is here to help you with that!

using the factory CCV hose, cut off the hard plastic lines to expose the factory connector to 3/4 barb. Slip over the hoses and clamp it down to create your own length hose for your catch can system.

- For users with 2 PCV heater ports, cut off the hard line hose on the connector, exposing the 3/4 barbed connector. Slip the 3/4 vacuum cap onto the PCV heater connector and clamp it down and reinstall as seen in photos!

- The provided 3/4 vacuum cap can be used to block off the 1 PCV heater and allow you to vent to atmosphere if you’re one port and let’s say it too cold and too much condensation.

- Please ensure you use the clamps to prevent vacuum leak and possible slightest misfires. 

Designed and made for single stage or 3 stage intake manifolds to prevent / reduce the amount of oil in the intake manifold, contaminating the DISA valves!

This total kit will include:

x5 3/4 hose clamps for PCV hose 

5 feet (uncut) of Continental 3/4 Fuel/PCV Hose 

x1 3/4 vacuum (for 2 port manifolds)
