N51 N52: N54 Catch Can Hardware | BCH52

Worried about your N52 Intake Manifold DISA's being coated in oil? Or swapping to a magnesium valve cover without the external oil separator? Or just need some hose for your catch can, this PrintablesAuto solution kit is here to help you with that!

Works on all intake manifold options, by replacing the CCV hoses with a N54 catch can and this provided hose kit

Installation Video

using the factory CCV hose, cut off the hard plastic lines (or keep a little hardline for easier install and removal) to expose the factory connector to 3/4 barb. Slip over the hose and clamp it down to create your own length hose for your catch can system.

• For stock intake manifolds, simply cut off your old lines and route from back of manifold, to catch can, to PCV heater
• For users with 2 PCV heater ports, cut off the hard line hose on the connector, exposing the 3/4 barbed connector. Slip the 3/4 vacuum cap onto the PCV heater connector and clamp it down and reinstall as seen in photos!
• For N54 Manifold users, there are options for catch can hose with the PCV heater adapters available for purchase as well!
• The provided 3/4 vacuum cap can be used to block off the 1 PCV heater and allow you to vent to atmosphere if you’re one port and let’s say it too cold and too much condensation.

Designed and made for all N51 N52 intake manifold options to prevent / reduce the amount of oil in the intake manifold, the DISA valves and intake valves. 

This total kit will include:

x5 3/4 hose clamps for PCV hose 

5 feet (uncut) of 3/4 Fuel/PCV Hose 

x1 3/4 vacuum cap (for 2 port manifolds)
